Occupy Charges Against Councilman Rodriguez Dropped

City Councilman, Ydanis Rodriguez, who collected a $30,000 settlement over his arrest at the Occupy Wall Street Protests on Monday slammed the cops who busted him and announced he’ll donate the cash to the Center for Constitutional Rights.
