Rest in Peace Kimani Gray

When they pulled over to investigate, police claim Kimani pulled a .38 caliber revolver as they approached him.

Here are a two facts we don’t know: 1) whether or not Kimani Gray had a gun, 2) whether or not Kimani Gray pointed the gun at police officers. apuestas deportivas

Here are a few facts we do know: 1) Paul J. bonos de apuestas deportivas Browne, the Chief spokesperson for NYPD, has ZERO regard for truth. juegos de apuestas gratis 77777 en línea 2) Cops always get their story together before ever speaking to an outside agency, irregardless of the truth. 3) Cops plant weapons and drugs every day. 4) The 67th Precinct in Brooklyn has a bad record of rewarding police officers who routinely violate the rights of citizens in the neighborhoods they patrol. 5) Unless you have a death wish, people don’t normally pull out an antiquated gun like the one Kimani allegedly had when being approached by numerous police officers.

Our civil rights firm represented a young man shot and killed by police in Far Rockaway, Queens in 2006. The only things that were certain about that shooting was that NYPD lied about the circumstances of the shooting to the press. They actually told reporters he was shot in the abdomen when in fact he was shot in the back. juegos de póquer They had to admit the truth the next day because the young man (unexpectedly) died and the hospital reported a single gunshot wound to the back. Descargar juego de ruleta What was also certain was that witnesses to the shooting were harassed and threatened by the police, and that the Internal Affairs Bureau of the Police Department helped cover up the incident, rather than conduct a good faith investigation.

If we do not truly know the facts, why are some of the good citizens of Brooklyn protesting? Because they know all of this. If our police department was trustworthy, we could wait for an investigation to take its course. But we all know, from experience time and time again, the police are indifferent to truth. Sitio de apuestas de partidos Cops from top to bottom serve themselves, not the truth.

LMAO! The ‘facts you don’t know’ can be found in the police report.

The ‘facts’ you use aren’t facts at all – they are smears. Can you really prove that cops plant weapons and drugs ‘EVERY DAY’? No, you cannot. You simply hate law enforcement and attribute the worst stereotypes to them.

You are a biased source and therefore your opinion should be disregarded. It is unimportant and an insincere evaluation of reality.

    Thank you for responding CapitalG.

Tristemente, the pervasiveness of planting contraband has been established as «fact» in a court of law. It came to light, in a criminal court, when Police Officer Arbeeny of Brooklyn Narcotics was tried and convicted of planting drugs. Judge Reichenbach noted:

But even the Court was shocked, not only by the seeming pervasive scope of the misconduct, but even more distressingly by the seeming casualness by which such conduct is employed.»

He found Detective Jason Arbeeny guilty of eight counts of falsifying records and official misconduct in an explosive bench trial that revealed the police practice of «flaking» – nabbing blameless people to pad arrest quotas and earn overtime.

So no, you do not have to rely on my word. The average person of color living in East Flatbush, Brownsville, East New York, Bed Stuy, etc. knows it happens all the time, and it has been judged as fact in a court of law.

A police report, sadly, is often not a place to find the truth.

Thanks for your comment. All the best.
